Proud and honoured to receive the Defence Silver Employer Recognition Scheme Award 2019

We are extremely proud to have been presented the Defence Silver Employer Recognition Scheme Award 2019 at the West Midlands Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association ceremony held at the National Arboretum Staffordshire.

The Armed Forces Covenant Scheme enables employers to publicly declare their support for Defence personnel. The scheme encourages employers to support defence and the wider armed forces community, by aligning  their company values and providing a working environment that openly advocates support for employees from the service community.

Rear Admiral Marshall presented the awards. Richard Lee, Managing Director Ubi-Tech said; “The Defence Employer Recognition Awards represent the value of our UK Armed Forces and the many attributes, skills and qualities they bring to our workplace. We whole heartedly respect our fellow award winners for the recognition and value they place on our Armed Forces and those in the wider defence community. We urge other businesses to sign the Armed Forces Covenant and demonstrate their support to our military by joining the many organisations that have made their pledge and are actively demonstrating their commitment to our forces.”

Thank you @WMRFCA for hosting such an inspiring event @Nat_Mem_Arb
