Ubi-Tech Awarded ‘Gold’ Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Award

We are extremely proud to announce that we have received our Gold Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Award. #GoldERS21 has recognised 140 organisations for their outstanding support for the Armed Forces Community this year of which 15 are from the West Midlands region. Thank you to the West Midland RFCA for their continued support.

The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme enables employers to publicly declare their support for Defence personnel. The scheme encourages employers to support defence and the wider armed forces community, by aligning their company values and providing a working environment that openly advocates support for employees from the service community. We whole heartedly appreciate and value what this award represents and congratulations fellow award winners for the recognition and value they place on our Armed Forces and those in the wider defence community.
