Overview

Study the key design aspects of modern wireless and radio engineering, cellular networks and advanced wireless technologies.

Prerequisites

You do not need to be a graduate to attend and attain the certificate on this course.

Your previous training, knowledge and work experience in a technical role within your military service is recognised by the University of Wolverhampton through the ‘Recognition of Prior Learning’ (RPL) board as meeting the requirements to attend our Post Graduate Certificate.

All personnel who have served for a minimum of three years in a communication role are eligible to attend.

Course Content

The course consists of three tutor led modules, each of one week duration

The training is mainly theory based with practical sessions utilising wireless equipment.

You must attend all three modules and after completion you will be required to write three assignments of 4,000-6,000 words on a topic covered during each module. A list of titles will be available to choose from. You will then have six months to complete these assignments.

Qualification

Level 7 Post Graduate Certificate in Wireless Communications, accredited by the University of Wolverhampton.
