The design of a bespoke training programme starts with an in-depth Training Needs Analysis. Our TNA process is integral to our ISO9001 accreditation and we look at what are the problems that we are looking to solve? How are the problems affecting the business? What does the customer hope to achieve? We look to identify the business metrics that the customer hopes to improve and this enables us to identify the learning outcomes and training objectives. When this is documented we ask the customer to sign off to it and from this a development plan is created.
